I'll be the first person to tell you that almost everything on television is garbage. There are a few exceptions though. If you haven't seen Corner Gas, I highly recommend it. It's a very smart comedy that focuses on good writing and quirky characters.
I'm plugging the show because I'm afraid some corporate fool is going to replace it with American Idol or something. I mean that would just be stupid, right?
In summary: Watch Corner Gas. NOW!
